Pay: $30.00 - $55.00/hour DOE

Responsibilities:
•
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment.
•
Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults.
•
Clean, adjust, and repair systems; perform warranty services.
•
Provide technical direction and on-the-job training.
•
Keep detailed reports of work done at various job sites.
•
Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
•
Communicate well with team members and fellow employees.
•
Troubleshoot package units, split systems, and heat pumps, and replace parts as needed.
•
Perform compressor and motor change outs.
Qualifications:
•
5+ years of commercial HVAC experience
•
Clean DMV record
•
Ability to climb ladders and lift 40 lbs.
•
Willing to drive company truck to job sites
