PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS
•
Payables ( entrée de factures et paiements);
•
Comptes de dépenses des employés;
•
Inventaire de la papeterie, des fournitures d'entretien ménager et des équipements;
•
Gestion de la boîte courriel générale;
•
Support à l'assistante contrôleuse et remplacements;
•
Analyses diverses;
•
Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.
EXIGENCES
•
AEC ou DEC en comptabilité;
•
Minimum 1 an d'expérience comme commis aux comptes payables;
•
Maîtrise suite bureautique Office 365;
•
Bonne connaissance d'Excel;
•
Avoir un sens approfondi du service à la clientèle.
Type d'emploi : Temps partiel, Permanent
Heures prévues : 28 par semaine
