We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager with a strong Electrical, Instrumentation, and Control (EI&C) background to lead and oversee commissioning activities for 4 projects in the Eastern United States

Position Overview:

The Commissioning Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing commissioning processes for electrical, instrumentation, and control systems. This role involves ensuring that systems are installed, tested, and functioning according to project specifications, safety standards, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the commissioning process from initial planning through project completion.

Develop and implement commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, vendors, and contractors to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.

Conduct and oversee testing and validation of electrical, instrumentation, and control systems to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory standards.

Identify and resolve commissioning issues and provide technical guidance to the team.

Document commissioning activities, prepare reports, and communicate progress and results to stakeholders.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a culture of safety on all commissioning sites.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in commissioning, with a focus on electrical, instrumentation, and control systems.

Proven track record of successfully managing commissioning projects.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
