We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to fill the position of Community Relations & Employee Engagement Specialist within our Community Relations and Employee Engagement Department based in Houston, TX .

The Community Relations & Employee Engagement Specialist is responsible for providing communications and logistical support for community relations and social investments, and planning and executing strategic employee engagement activities in coordination with other domestic engagement activities in the Permian Basin operating areas.

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping our internal culture through strategic and creative community partnerships and engagement activities.
