Job Summary:

Croatan Custom Homes is seeking an experienced and dependable Site Superintendent to lead daily field operations for the construction of custom homes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of residential building practices, the ability to read and interpret detailed construction documents, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, on-time results. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage trades, maintain schedules, and ensure that each custom home is built to exact specifications and high standards.
