The Completion Tool Specialist will provide technical assistance, repairs and services of downhole completion products and equipment. Verify that products delivered perform accurately on location of well.
· Collaborate with customer’s management team to develop a plan for each well location as well as serving as a resource to customer’s employees and other on-site service companies to accomplish the objectives outlined
· Available on a 24-hour call basis to respond to customer requests
· Travel required to respond to customer request
· Prepare accurate job reports and other administrative documentation regarding customer service provided, including but not limited to recommendations made to customers pertaining to general operations of products delivered and field site locations
· Conduct job safety analysis regarding service provided to customers
· Oversee and assist, if necessary, in installing, using and/or removing equipment in accordance with applicable technical procedures
· Assist with customer analysis of equipment performance, troubleshooting and directing repair of equipment
