eciGroup is seeking an experienced Computer Systems Administrator (CSA) to manage and maintain all computer software, hardware, and telecommunications operations across our company. This full-time, in-office role is ideal for a proactive professional with a strong technical background and a commitment to operational excellence and data integrity.
This person will be responsible for configuring and maintaining all computer software, hardware, and telecommunications operations within our company.
•
Demonstrated minimum of 5 years CSA experience/education
•
Ability to oversee confidential information with integrity
•
Ability to work full time hours in an “in-office” position
•
Physically capable of lifting and move equipment, sometimes weighing up to 100 pounds.
•
Hardware, software installation and configuration to make sure all systems are running properly.
•
Perform necessary computer related upgrades and repairs
•
Manage printing environment
•
Evaluate and optimize network / system performance
•
Help identify user needs and select appropriate IT systems
•
Train users, when needed, in proper use of hardware and software
•
Analyzing complex computing problems and implement solutions
•
Maintain network and computer system security
•
Good communication skills
