Job Summary:

Kindness General Contractors LLC is looking for an experienced Concrete Saw / Core Drill Operator. Strict adherence to safety protocols is a must. We are based in Stanton, CA and take pride in providing concrete cutting and demolition services to customers all over Southern California, Nevada and Arizona. We need safe, quality-minded, reliable, honest and punctual team players to represent our customer service standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

•

Safely drive saw trucks to and from job sites.

•

Operate various types of concrete cutting equipment, including flat saws (minimum 44hp road saws), wall saws, chain saws, and core drills for demolition in a wide range of conditions.

•

Inspect saw truck, complete vehicle inspection reports and report equipment issues daily.

•

Maintain equipment by performing routine checks, cleaning, and minor repairs.

•

Clearly communicate with KGC Project managers, site supervisors and other crew members to ensure safe and timely project completion.

•

Ability to lead and give direction to crew members when necessary.

•

Monitor job site conditions and adjust methods or equipment as necessary.

•

Adhere to all company and regulatory safety policies, including use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

•

Complete and submit electronic daily reports and time tracking as required.

•

Available to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends, when required.

Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, modified, or changed at any time at the Company’s discretion. Changes may be made formally or informally, either verbally or in writing.

Experience and Skills:

•

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.

•

1–3 years of experience operating concrete saws and core drills.

•

Must be able to cut a straight line.

•

Knowledge of saw blade types and cutting methods for different materials.

•

Have a basic understanding of construction plans and be able to perform accurate measurements.

•

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements

· Prolonged periods of operating equipment.

•

Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions, terrains and noisy environments.

•

Must be able to lift, pull, and carry 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
