Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Administrator located in Orlando, FL. The Construction Administrator will be responsible for project coordination, providing construction administration services, handling communication with various stakeholders, managing submittals, and overseeing project management tasks.


Qualifications

2 year experience in residential construction permitting
•
Project Coordination and Project Management skills
•
Construction Administration Services expertise
•
Strong communication skills
•
Experience with submittals
•
Knowledge of construction project management
•
Organizational and time-management skills
•
Problem-solving abilities
•
Experience in the construction industry is a plus
•
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
