Site Administrator – Grant County, NM

We are hiring a Site Administrator to support daily administrative functions for a 252 MW wind project using 56 Vestas V163 turbines. This role will help maintain project documentation, support onboarding, and manage timesheets and logistics for on-site teams.

Responsibilities:

•

Track crew hours, safety paperwork, and material deliveries

•

Assist with onboarding, site access, and document control

•

Provide administrative support to field management and HSE staff

•

Coordinate with corporate offices on reporting and compliance

Qualifications:

•

2+ years of administrative experience in a construction environment

•

Strong organizational and computer skills (Excel, SharePoint, etc.)

•

Ability to adapt in a fast-paced field office setting
