Job Overview
We are seeking a consistent Constuction Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various stages of construction clean-up, ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards. This role is essential in providing a safe and final product for our clients.
Duties
•
Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
•
Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
•
Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
•
Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages.
•
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
•
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
•
Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.
Experience
•
Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
•
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions effectively.
•
Good physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
•
Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
•
A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
