About this Role:


Construction Coordinator

Potelco, Inc. is looking to add a Construction Coordinator to join our team to help with our medium and high voltage projects.


What You'll Do:


Responsibilities:


Project Coordination & Planning

Previews construction projects and ensures alignment of scope, schedule, and resources.
Coordinates with internal teams, external stakeholders, and new customers to prepare for project execution.
Communicates job readiness with all key stakeholders, including project managers, end customers, schedulers, and base personnel.
Works closely with assigned crew resources to ensure the smooth delivery of projects


Field Oversight & Crew Support

Supports field operations by collaborating with the General Foreman to address crew-related matters.
Exercises limited authority to provide direction to crews as needed.
Manages multiple construction jobs simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail across various jobs.


Change Management & Cost Tracking

Identifies changes in work scope and tracks related costs for reimbursement.
Submits field change requests and provides updates for revenue and billing purposes.
Oversee the processing of change orders, ensuring timely approvals and execution.


Communication & Collaboration

Maintains clear, consistent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Acts as a liaison between project teams and customers to ensure expectations are aligned and met.


Standards & Compliance

Ensures all work aligns with host utility construction and union standards.
Upholds brand and operational compliance in all documentation and communications.


What You'll Bring:


Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
Demonstrated skills in written communications; ability to compose basic as well as complex technical documents, formal letters, etc.
Ability to work in Microsoft Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
A team player who places a high premium on client service and satisfaction
Ability to work with a high degree of integrity both independently and as part of a team
Must pass mandatory drug test
Valid driver’s license

Compensation Range: The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $33.26/Hr. - USD $42.00/Hr. depending on experience and qualifications. Equal Opportunity Employer:
