About This Job

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to lead our construction projects with a focus on efficiency, safety, and quality. Mostly of the job is by RENOVATIONS . The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of construction processes, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. This role requires proficiency in various construction management software and the ability to read blueprints effectively.

Responsibilities

•

Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

•

Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure timely completion of projects.

•

Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and team members to coordinate tasks and resolve issues.

•

Utilize construction management software such as Bluebeam and HeavyBid for project tracking and documentation.

•

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.

•

Read and interpret blueprints to guide construction activities accurately.

•

Prepare estimates for materials and labor costs using construction estimating techniques.

•

Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders regarding project status, changes, and challenges.

Qualifications

•

Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.

•

Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety standards.

•

Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Prolog) and estimating tools (e.g., HeavyBid).

•

Excellent blueprint reading skills with the ability to understand technical drawings.

•

Strong budgeting skills with a focus on cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

•

Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.

•

Experience in pipeline construction is a plus but not required.

•

Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills.
