Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
•
Assist in the preparation of construction sites by cleaning and organizing materials and tools.
•
Perform physical labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed.
•
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively under supervision.
•
Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks accurately.
•
Help with the installation of structures, frameworks, and fixtures as directed.
•
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
•
Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and any challenges encountered.
Qualifications
•
Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not required.
•
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and standing for long periods.
•
Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
•
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on-site.
•
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
•
Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced workers.

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
Schedule:

10 hour shift

8 hour shift
•
Monday to Friday
•
Weekends as needed
