Construction Manager/Estimator/Quality Control Inspector

Position Requirements

*Valid Driver’s License with a Good Driving Record

*Must be a team Player

*Must have Excellent communication skills and be detail oriented

*Must be deadline driven

*Manage sub contractors

*Utilize a company vehicle to drive to property’s in construction process

*Workup bid's for project opportunities

*Inspect Construction/Rehab process – report back to project managers on progress of assigned contractors, fill our QC eport spreadsheets

*Ability to take detailed photos and notes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
