Construction manager

Job Overview We are seeking a Construction Supervisor to oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and within budget. Responsibilities - Supervise and manage construction projects from planning to completion - Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and construction crews - Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards - Review project plans and specifications - Manage project timelines and budgets - Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work - Address any issues or delays that arise during construction - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders Skills - Proficiency in construction management software such as HeavyBid, Prolog, and Bluebeam - Strong understanding of construction processes, quality control, and safety protocols - Experience in supervising construction projects from start to finish - Knowledge of OSHA regulations and building codes - Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Budgeting skills to manage project costs effectively
