Construction Project Manager

The Construction Project Manager will implement and maintain project management processes in Longmont, CO. The Construction Project Manager leads project planning, execution, and tracking across bid and blanket contracts, ensuring goals are met on time and within budget. This role coordinates with operations, estimating, and vendors to drive efficiency and consistency. + Sitting, and standing for prolonged periods + Walking for long periods, on variable terrain + Lift up to 50 lbs. + Manual dexterity for computer and other small equipment use
