Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for overseeing complex construction projects from initiation to completion? We are seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to join our team and drive excellence in every aspect of our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining timelines, resources, and milestones to ensure successful project delivery.
•
Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure cost-effective project outcomes.
•
Lead and motivate project teams, including contractors and subcontractors, to achieve project goals in a collaborative and efficient manner.
Qualifications:
•
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
•
Proven experience in managing construction projects of varying sizes and complexity.
•
Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
•
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
•
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
•
PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
