As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team immediately.

Position: Construction Sales Executive – Multifamily Renovation

Location: Austin & San Antonio, TX Type: Full-Time (Immediate Start)


Key Responsibilities

Manage and nurture existing client relationships within the multifamily apartment renovation sector, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities by leveraging your industry network and actively prospecting in the Austin and San Antonio markets.
Conduct site visits, scope and estimate renovation projects, and present proposals to clients.
Collaborate with internal teams (project management, estimating, operations) to ensure seamless project delivery and client communication.
Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Prepare and deliver accurate, detailed construction estimates and bids for multi-family renovation projects.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and project opportunities using CRM software.


Qualifications

Proven track record in construction sales, preferably within the multifamily renovation industry.
Deep network and established relationships in the Austin and San Antonio multifamily markets.
Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and terminology, with hands-on experience in estimating renovation projects.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently to drive business growth
Proficiency with HubSpot, Microsoft Office and BuilderTrend.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as required.
