Construction Superintendent

. Must have 3-5 years experience as a Shell Construction Superintendent

· Self-Motivated and Detail Oriented

· Ability to read and comprehend architectural and structural plans, Truss layout and Engineering.

· Ability to do lay out (Slabs, Block, MO's, Carpentry)

· Ability to do Take-offs from field - Concrete, Hardware, etc.. when needed

· Reliable, professional appearance and willing to go the extra mile.

· Work well with Subcontractors, Builder reps, architects, engineers, building dept.

. Ability to maintain jobsite schedule to be on time and within budget

. Maintain a clean and safe running jobsite. Adhering to all OSHA safety requirements and client requirements.

. Ability to clearly communicate with all subcontractors and clients the goals and expectations of each job.

. Bilingual a plus but not a requirement

. Ability to work with Excel, Buildertrend and use of onsite tablet

. Reliable transportation
