Diggers Hotline, Wisconsin’s One Call Notification Center, is hiring Contact Center Representatives for seasonal full-time & part-time, 1st shift in our 24x7 center, headquartered in New Berlin! Come and join our Team - we support and promote a positive work experience for our employees!
Diggers Hotline is looking for talented individuals primarily responsible for answering inbound calls in a fast-paced environment. As a Contact Center Representative, you will help excavators from throughout Wisconsin file utility-locate requests for the purpose of SAFE digging, and protecting buried utilities.
Applicants with customer service experience or call center background, preferred.
· Do you have strong computer skills that include general keyboarding & program navigation?

PAID TRAINING: $18.50/Hour Training Wage. You must be available every day for the entire 4-week training period in the classroom. Classes begin March 31st, Monday through Friday, 8am to 2:30pm 3pm to 9:30pm; including a 30-minute unpaid lunch.
General shift availability will be discussed during phone & in-person interviews.
WAGE: $19.00/hour after successfully completing the 4-week training class plus 4 weeks taking live calls; not negotiable. ASK ABOUT the potential for permanent hire!
