Cost Control Specialist (FARGO, GEORGIA & LOUISIANA, USA)

This role is key to maintaining financial control across all phases of the project. The selected candidate will support accurate cost management, monitor risks, and implement timely corrective actions to keep projects on budget and on schedule. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining cost control procedures, managing payment claims, forecasting, financial tracking, and providing cost analysis reports. The role will work closely with construction, procurement, scheduling, and accounts payable teams to ensure full alignment across financial operations.
