About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Controller to oversee all financial and accounting operations. This role is ideal for a highly organized individual with strong leadership skills and a proven ability to manage financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls. Previous experience is a must.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage cash balances / LOC
•
USD transfer (OFX / ATB FX)
•
Bank reconciliation
•
Credit card reconciliation
•
Petty cash
•
GST filing
•
CBSA filing
•
Revenue review
•
GL account review
•
Month end journal entries
•
Invoicing
•
Employee' expense reports
•
Preparing FS reports for financers
•
Depreciations
•
Long term interests
•
Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting and tax filings
•
Collaborate with senior management on financial strategy and planning
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
