About This Job

SUMMARY

Support the Customer Excellence department in establishing a voice of the customer program to translate customer insights into actionable business strategies. This position requires excellent customer and project management skills with an emphasis on aligning data and insights for the business.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinates creation, scheduling and production of all technical event materials in collaboration with our customers, and internal cross functional business units.
Utilizes computer multimedia applications to improve overall customer digital experience including communication, administration access, and content for the user group and customer portal designed to give customers access to services and information they require.
Support publication of a monthly/quarterly user’s group or customer portal report.
Engages cross-functionally with internal teams and Japan headquarters to consolidate messaging for the events, addressing customers’ priorities and feedbacks, market dynamics, and internal business unit needs.
Support monthly webinars and reporting after each event
Coordinates vendors, registrations, audio visual and other logistics for smaller events.
Perform other such duties as may be required.

- Education and/or Experience:Active student in a college or university.

- Language Skills:Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and other team members.

- Mathematical Skills:Ability to perform necessary calculations to satisfy job requirements.

- Reasoning Ability:Ability to make judgment decisions based on specifications or technical requirements.

- Computer Skills: Knowledge of database, spreadsheet, and word processing software, electronic mail, statistical software, graphics, technical diagrams, flow charts, etc.
