What does a Customer Service Representative do?
Customer Service Representatives handle customer requests by making and receiving calls about inquiries and complaints regarding rates, billing, service issues, collections, etc. in a proactive, positive and professional manner. The typical work schedule is determined by our management team and can vary throughout the year. This is a full time position.

Preferred:* Prior customer service and/or call center experience

All incumbents start at the same pay rate per the collective bargaining agreement.
Pay Rate: $30.03 to $35.72 / hour
