Cybersecurity Manager - Identity and Access Management

The Global Identity and Access Management (IAM) Manager is responsible for establishing, leading, and maintaining a centralized IAM program across our global organization. This role will drive the creation and implementation of standardized IAM processes that align with industry frameworks and regulatory requirements, tailored to a decentralized IT and business landscape. The IAM Manager will identify and pursue opportunities for automation, process optimization, and control enhancements to strengthen the company's security posture. This role involves strategic planning, operational oversight of the IAM team, and hands-on execution with key IAM initiatives. This role requires significant collaboration with business, IT, and cybersecurity stakeholders to ensure the company's IAM program supports its objectives and growth.
