You are a passionate and technical client-obsessed Quality Assurance Specialist who understands emerging energy industry trends and implications on utilities and their clients. You are on your way to becoming a trusted advisor to the client, providing technical testing leadership expertise in the planning, design, and build of strategic Test Strategies.
What will you as our new Quality Assurance Lead work on?
- Testing Cloud/Web-based and/or client or server solutions applications and systems
- Test automation and direct hands-on experience with automated testing tools
- Performance testing practices
+ Exceptional customer engagement, presentation, crisis management and overall communication skills + Ability to collaborate with other team members to develop and enhance deliverables + Capacity to continuously improve team processes to ensure information is of the highest quality, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the team + Experience developing application and data customer-focused solutions based upon market and customer needs + Experience in the development of estimates, Statements of Work (SOWs) and proposals, outlining professional services required to meet client requirements from a QA test perspective + Excellent test design and documentation skills + Ability to exercise independent judgment, multi-task, and effectively prioritize tasksThe base pay range for this position is $ 98,400.00 - $ 123,000.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for 15 % variable incentive compensation.
