Salary Range*:

$110,200.00 - $165,300.00

The salary offered to a candidate is based on several factors including but not limited to the candidate’s skills, job-related knowledge, and relevant experience, as well as internal pay equity.*

Summary

The Design & Construction Sr Project Manager oversees and coordinates all phases of project lifecycle for medium-to-large complex real estate projects. The Sr Project Manager leads project teams, manages resources effectively, mitigates risks, and ensures projects are delivered punctually, within defined scope, and adhering to allocated budgets. The Sr Project Manager also does strategic planning to align projects with organizational objectives, diligent stakeholder management, and a commitment to continuously enhancing project management goals for optimal efficiency and outcomes.
