Overview
Andrews & Foster Drilling Company (A&F) has an immediate opening for a Water Well Driller's Assistant. The Driller’s Assistant is responsible for assisting the Driller with all field activities. This position requires heavy manual labor in the field.
Responsibilities
•
Physically complete projects assigned by the Driller/Drill Rig Foreman
•
Develop and maintain a working knowledge of all A&F equipment and field operations
•
Monitor the performance of all A&F equipment to identify maintenance and repair needs
•
Attend all field safety meetings and comply with A&F safety standards and programs
•
Maintain a clean and organized working environment, including equipment and jobsite areas
•
Willing to work demanding hours when needed due to equipment and or project need
Qualifications
•
Valid Driver License
•
Clear Background
•
Ability to pass a drug test
•
Willingness and ability to work in the field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
