Responsibilities Include:
•Bakers are responsible for proofing, baking, frosting, filling, and finalizing baked good items.
•Follow Brand standards, recipes and systems
•Follow food safety standards
•Understand restaurant menu including limited time offers and promotions and be able to answer guest questions
•Maintain a clean and organized workstation
•Clean equipment and guest areas
•Maintain a guest focused culture in the restaurant
•Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
•Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas

•On time, demonstrates honesty and a positive attitude
•Willingness to learn and adapt to change
Physical Demands/Working Conditions:
•Repetitive motion including bending, stooping and reaching
•Lifting objects including boxes, ice and product up to 20lbs (if applicable)
•Working in a small space
Qualifications:
•18 years of age or older
•Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
•Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication)
•Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
