Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starter Electrical & Instrumentation Technician to join our team. This role requires a combination of construction and maintenance experience, as well as the ability to take initiative and work independently in a small company environment.

🔹 Construction & Installation – Work on small to medium-sized projects, including new equipment installations, electrical construction, and system upgrades.

🔹 Maintenance & Troubleshooting – Diagnose, repair, and optimize electrical and instrumentation systems to ensure operational efficiency.

🔹 Motor Control & Process Control – Install and maintain control systems, automation equipment, and instrumentation.

🔹 Calibration & Testing – Ensure accuracy and reliability of instruments and control devices.

🔹 Travel Required – Some travel may be necessary to support projects at various sites.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Experience in both construction and maintenance – Required.

✅ Self-starter mindset – Ability to work independently and take initiative in a small business setting.

✅ Strong motor control, troubleshooting, and process control skills.

✅ Instrumentation and calibration experience.

✅ Analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

✅ Ability to collaborate in a team environment while also working independently.

✅ Excellent communication skills.

✅ Relevant technical certification or Associate’s degree in a related field.

✅ Must have a valid driver’s license.
