We're seeking Electrical Engineers with field experience who are ready to take the next step in their career. Whether you’re experienced in controls, wiring, or panel work — or simply looking to grow into smarter systems — this is your opportunity to transition into Building Management Systems (BMS) with structured on-the-job training.
You’ll support the installation, programming, commissioning, and maintenance of building automation systems across New York job sites. No prior BMS experience is required — just a strong electrical foundation, curiosity, and willingness to learn.

•Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings
•Learn to program and configure BMS systems (JCI, Niagara, Metasys, etc.)
•Support system commissioning and functional testing
•Troubleshoot electrical and control system issues on-site
•Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and subcontractors
•Document work, redline drawings, and assist with system reporting

•Experience with low-voltage wiring, panels, or automation systems
•Ability to read and mark up wiring diagrams, schematics, or risers
•Familiarity with electrical tools, multimeters, and safety practices
•Strong communication and a hands-on, problem-solving attitude
Nice-to-Haves (or Will Train):
