Our engineers have the opportunity to collaborate with interdisciplinary partners, coordinate with diverse engineering teams and ensure project success. A typical day may include developing design studies, preparing engineering calculations and analysis, attending project meetings, performing a walkdown, or mentoring junior employees. This position covers a range of internal levels. Minimum qualifications for our mid-level position are shown below:

Salary Range Information

Mid-level Engineers have a range starting at $90,000.

The range increases based on role, level and location ($90,000 - $177,450 per year).

Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Hybrid work schedules, Alternative work schedules, Professional Engineer License Training and Incentives, 401K plan with employer match, tuition reimbursement and much more. All new hires are eligible for benefits upon their start date.
