We are seeking a motivated Energy Procurement Analyst for this entry to mid-level position to support our supply procurement team, sales managers, clients, and suppliers throughout the energy procurement process. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining and expanding client and supplier relationships while ensuring seamless execution of energy procurement strategies.
· Manage pricing activities across all deregulated U.S. energy markets for our sales team.
· Client onboarding, procurement solicitation, proposal development, and post-closing customer service.
· Analyze retail energy RFP responses, resolve quote discrepancies, and ensure accurate reporting.
· Negotiate pricing and contract terms with retail suppliers to align with client objectives.
· Stay informed on energy market trends, regulations, and tariff changes through research and industry education.
· Prepare customer contracts, market reports, and other key documentation as required.
· Address client inquiries related to contracts, invoicing, new account setup, and contract assignments.
· Assist with marketing and promotional initiatives as needed.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
· Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and keen attention to detail.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
· Prior experience or knowledge of energy markets is a plus.
