Position Summary

This role combines practical, hands-on work with strategic responsibilities within the Enterprise Architecture team. You will establish technical strategies, define enterprise communication and network architectures, and lead solution implementations from a technology perspective.

The position provides technical guidance and roadmaps to network and communications engineering teams, serves as a technology and best practices evangelist, and ensures that implementations adhere to enterprise architecture standards and principles. Additionally, you'll advise technical management and business areas on key architectural decisions regarding platforms and supporting technologies. Your work will result in scalable, maintainable, dependable, secure architectures that meet performance, reliability, and security requirements.

As a representative of the Enterprise Architecture Team in Enterprise IT, you'll work to develop enterprise network and communications architecture. This includes providing continuity on major solution decisions, communicating technology solution value across all levels of the company, and ensuring solutions are implemented according to the defined solution architecture and technical standards.

Grade: 18

Tasks and Responsibilities

Minimum Knowledge and Abilities

Strong interpersonal skills essential and ability to handle competing priorities.

Experience in IT, with experience in system design.

Understanding of common information architecture frameworks and information modeling methods.

Knowledge of problem analysis, structured analysis and design, and statistical programming languages, and database query language (SQL and NO SQL based).

Familiarity with enterprise level business intelligence and data warehousing platforms.

Understanding of basic statistics, machine learning algorithms, multivariate calculus and linear algebra.Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or a related study, or equivalent project-related technical experience.Required Certifications
