Entry Level - Construction Mechanic

Local grading company is hiring a full time, entry level Heavy Equipment-Construction Mechanic to assist with preventative maintenance and repairs of gas/diesel equipment in the shop and field, as well as with our small racing fleet. Our company does all kinds of finish work, and this position will support our entire fleet of construction equipment as well as our truck fleet. You will travel to various job sites to make electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic repairs on equipment such as excavators, loaders, motor graders, Gannon tractors, scrapers, water trucks, bull dozers and more. Applicants should have a general working knowledge of vehicle/engine maintenance. Working knowledge of diesel machines a plus.
