Entry Level Global Logistics Coordinator

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistic Coordinator to join our team with international shipping experience to be a must. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations. The Logistic Coordinator will manage the movement of goods from suppliers to customers, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Duties:

- Oversee the export operations of the company, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements.

- Manage and coordinate the activities of suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

- Monitor and analyze profit and loss statements related to export operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts and terms to optimize cost and quality.

- Implement effective materials management strategies to ensure adequate stock levels for export orders.

- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in export regulations, adjusting strategies and processes accordingly.

- Understanding of HTS codes.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in managing export operations.

- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.

- Demonstrated experience in supplier management, and vendor relationship management.

- Proficient in order fulfillment processes, including logistics coordination and documentation.
