We have locations throughout New England, New York, and New Jersey. We currently have an opening for an ERP Analyst in our Whippany, NJ. location. There is no relocation assistance offered for this position.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled ERP Analyst to join our HVAC company and play a pivotal role in the management and optimization of our Infor Cloud Suite Distribution ERP system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP administration, configuration, and user support, with a focus on enhancing business processes and driving system efficiency.

Responsibilities Of The ERP Analyst

•

ERP System Administration: Manage the day-to-day operations of the Infor Cloud Suite Distribution ERP system.

•

Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize the ERP system to align with our HVAC company's unique business requirements. Implement system changes and enhancements as needed.

•

User Support and Training: Provide end-user support and training to ensure effective utilization of the ERP system. Address user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve problems.

•

Data Management: Oversee data integrity and accuracy within the ERP system. Collaborate with relevant teams to maintain high-quality data and ensure proper data governance.

•

Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. Likely BI in tandem with others.

•

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within the ERP system. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements that enhance operational efficiency.

•

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guidelines. Ensure knowledge sharing and smooth onboarding for new users.

•

Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams, department heads, and external partners to align the ERP system with business needs and strategic objectives.

•

Other duties as assigned.
