Builtech is seeking an Estimating Coordinator (EC) to assist and elevate our Preconstruction Department.
· Source subcontractors and vendors for proposals, qualifications, and related information.
· Add and maintain vendor and subcontractor information in the company database or software.
· Request and obtain prequalification information from vendors and subcontractors.
· Prepare and submit Freedom of Information Act requests for permit-related information.
· Oversee document control: retrieve, share, track, organize, and distribute all construction documents.
· Communicate project information clearly and effectively with the project team and external resources.
· Conduct research and leverage available technology or software resources.
· Upload and download files from internet platforms, ensuring alignment with document control processes.
· Maintain and update the Preconstruction bid calendar.
· Organize and manage client-specific website details and login credentials.

· Proactively source subcontractors through daily phone calls and outreach efforts.
· Demonstrate the ability to manage and organize multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and familiarity with internet-based bidding platforms such as SmartBid, Gradebeam, or Building Connected.
· Maintain clear understanding of process flow to ensure information is complete, accurate and organized.
