Estimator (Heavy Civil Construction)

Nino Development has partnered with a highly reputable Heavy Civil Contractor in the Charlotte, NC area on their search for a Heavy Civil Estimator to focus on work in the Commercial and Industrial site development/grading sectors, working in a team to put together estimates ranging in value up to $30M.

As a Project Estimator, your main responsibility will be to compile estimates for the cost of work by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents. Included in this will be the estimation of labor, material, equipment, and time requirements in order to compute the overall cost and duration of the project.

Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related is preferred.*
