What You’ll Do: As an Executive Assistant at TrueWorks, your primary focus will be supporting our dynamic team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Your role will include: CRM Management: You’ll work in Airtable, Asana, Arrivy, Slack, and Podium to manage tasks, schedules, and communication across our team. Employee Hours & Scheduling: Monitor and adjust employee hours daily, ensuring that everything runs smoothly.

Communication: Return calls, texts, and emails in a timely, professional manner to keep our operations moving forward.

Inventory Management: Keep track of sales staff items and create an efficient system for materials inventory. Invoice Accuracy: Verify supplier invoices before submitting payments, ensuring accuracy and accountability.

General Office Support: Assist with daily administrative tasks to keep our office organized and efficient.

What We’re Looking For: Experience: You should be comfortable working with CRMs like Airtable, Asana, Arrivy, Slack, and Podium. Experience with QuickBooks Online and accounts receivables is a plus! Tech-Savvy: We’re a modern, tech-driven team, so familiarity with software tools and digital solutions is key to success in this role.

Organized and Detail-Oriented: You thrive on organization and keeping things running smoothly. You anticipate the needs of the team and act proactively.

Communicative: You’re comfortable interacting with the team and clients, both via phone, text, and email, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.

Reliable: You bring consistency and dependability, making sure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
