§ Proven Experience: Minimum 5+ years of executive-level leadership experience, preferably in construction, project management, or a similar field.
§ EOS Experience: Prior experience working in an organization using the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) is highly preferred.
§ Business Acumen: Strong financial, operational, and strategic planning skills, with a proven ability to manage budgets and KPIs.
§ Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to address complex issues, resolve conflicts, and make sound decisions under pressure.
§ Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and lead teams.
§ Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including project management systems, data analytics platforms, and communication tools.

§ Bachelor’s degree in business or construction management preferred
§ 5+ years’ experience in a senior management role
§ Occasional travel to jobsites and for conferences or training

Summary/Objective: As an Integrator at RCS, you will serve as the glue that holds the leadership team accountable to our goals, drives results, and ensures alignment with our company vision. You will be responsible for translating the company’s strategic vision into day-to-day operations, ensuring that all teams are operating in sync, and achieving measurable results. Reporting directly to the Visionary (CEO), the Integrator will lead, manage, and hold the team accountable while working to continuously improve processes and performance.
