Key Responsibilities:
•
Support daily administrative operations across finance, operations and HR departments.
•
Work closely with the chief financial officer to support financial tracking, invoicing, expense management, data entry, scheduling, and reporting.
•
Use Excel to develop and maintain reports, budgets, and forecasts.
•
Proactively identify issues, suggest improvements, and help implement efficient workflows across departments.
•
Support payroll processing and employee benefits, employee records, and assist with employee recruiting and onboarding.
•
Organize and maintain files, ensuring easy access to important documents and information.
•
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
•
Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and improve processes.
•
Perform various clerical duties as needed to support the team.
•
Be a go-to resource for staff, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
Qualifications:
•
2+ years of experience in a combined administrative, HR, or finance role—manufacturing experience a plus.
•
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for file management.
•
Strong proficiency in Microsoft software required.
•
Excellent multitasking and time management skills; able to prioritize and stay organized.
•
Solid understanding of HR basics, payroll, and general financial principles.
•
Professional, approachable, and trustworthy, especially when handling confidential information.
•
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
•
Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite).
•
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
