Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pipelayer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for laying pipes for drainage, sewer, and water systems. This role requires a strong understanding of construction site operations and the ability to work with various heavy equipment. The Pipelayer will collaborate with other team members to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and to specifications.

Responsibilities

•

Lay pipes for various utilities, including drainage, sewer, and water systems.

•

Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers and loaders to assist in digging trenches and moving materials.

•

Utilize pipe lasers to ensure accurate pipe placement and alignment.

•

Perform concrete finishing and forming tasks as needed on-site.

•

Collaborate with other construction workers to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

•

Conduct routine inspections of materials and equipment to ensure quality standards are met.

•

Follow all safety protocols and regulations while working on the construction site.

Skills

•

Proficiency in concrete finishing techniques.

•

Experience operating pipe lasers for precise installations.

•

Knowledge of oil and gas pipeline installation practices is a plus.

•

Ability to operate heavy equipment, including bulldozers and loaders.

•

Familiarity with welding techniques is advantageous.

•

Strong understanding of construction site operations and safety measures.

•

Ability to dig trenches effectively while adhering to safety guidelines.

•

Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively on-site.
