Job Responsibilities:

•

Install, repair, and maintain residential, commercial, and industrial plumbing systems.

•

Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing and drainage issues efficiently.

•

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings while ensuring compliance with Florida building codes and safety regulations.

•

Work with large-diameter water service pipes and components, ensuring proper installation and maintenance.

•

Diagnose and resolve drainage problems using industry best practices.

•

Perform high-pressure line jetting and other advanced drain-cleaning techniques.

•

Excavate around obstacles and underground utilities while ensuring safety and minimal disruption to existing infrastructure.

•

Operate and work around excavation equipment, including backhoes and trenchers (excavator experience is a plus).

•

Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours logged.

•

Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional, courteous demeanor when interacting with clients.

•

Adhere to all workplace safety guidelines and company policies.

•

Be of good character, dependable, and able to work effectively with a team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

•

Minimum 5 years of experience as a plumber, preferably in commercial and municipal settings.

•

In-depth knowledge of Florida building codes, plumbing systems, and safety regulations.

•

Experience installing, repairing, and maintaining large-diameter water service pipes and components.

•

Strong knowledge of drainage systems, including stormwater and sanitary sewer lines.

•

Experience with line jetting and other drain-clearing techniques.

•

Ability to safely excavate around underground utilities and obstacles using proper procedures.

•

Excavator experience is a plus, particularly for trenching and pipe installation.

•

Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex plumbing issues efficiently.

•

Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license.

•

Ability to pass a background check prior to employment.

•

Physical ability to lift heavy materials and equipment.

•

Comfortable working in confined spaces and outdoors with little to no shade, especially during the Florida summer.

•

Willingness to work after hours, including emergency calls and overtime as needed.

•

Strong mechanical skills and proficiency with power tools, pipe cutters, welding, and other plumbing equipment.

•

Ability to work independently or as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and a strong work ethic.
