Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Spray Foam Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in applying spray foam insulation in various settings, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes and the ability to work effectively on-site.
Duties
•
Apply spray foam insulation to walls, roofs, and other surfaces as per project specifications.
•
Prepare surfaces for application by prepping and masking jobsite.
•
Daily maintenance on spray foam rig and equipment.
•
Repair Equipment.
•
Responsible for loading and unloading material on to truck.
•
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
•
Read and interpret work orders.
•
Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure compliance with standards.
•
Maintain a clean and organized work environment on construction sites.
Skills
•
Ability to provide service and maintenance to spray fun guns and equipment.
•
Strong mechanical knowledge related to Spray Foam Proportioner and accessories.
•
Experience with power tools, including airless paint spraying equipment.
•
Ability to understand and determine rig settings based off of weather and humidity.
•
Problem solving
•
Knowledgeable about spray foam density and yield.
Experience in spraying with a hydraulic machine is beneficial but not necessary.
