Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Spray Foam Applicator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience spraying foam, strong communication skills, a positive attitude, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work flexible hours to meet project demands. This role involves applying spray foam insulation in various settings, ensuring precision and adherence to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

•

Apply spray foam insulation to residential and commercial buildings, ensuring proper coverage and adherence to project specifications.

•

Prepare job sites, including setting up equipment, masking surfaces, and ensuring a safe work environment.

•

Operate and maintain spray foam equipment, troubleshooting issues as needed.

•

Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients to coordinate tasks and address concerns.

•

Inspect completed work to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with safety and building codes.

•

Maintain accurate records of materials used and time spent on each project.

•

Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Qualifications

Required:

•

Minimum of 1 year of experience spraying foam insulation.

•

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

•

Positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering high-quality work.

•

Proven reliability and a strong work ethic, with a track record of meeting deadlines.

•

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members and clients.

•

Keen attention to detail to ensure high-quality application and compliance with specifications.

•

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate project schedules.

Preferred:

•

OSHA 10 certification.

•

Building Performance Institute (BPI) certification.

•

Knowledge of building codes and energy efficiency standards.

Physical Requirements

•

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in confined spaces.

•

Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, or in varying weather conditions.

•

Manual dexterity to operate spray foam equipment and tools.

Work Environment

•

Field-based role with travel to various job sites.

•

Exposure to construction environments, requiring adherence to safety protocols.
