Job Overview

We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Full-Time Facilities Coordinator to keep our office and warehouse running smoothly. This hands-on role includes lawn care, snow removal, light mechanical, basic maintenance, and general facility support.

Key Responsibilities

•

Maintain property landscaping and dog park: mowing, weeding, and upkeep

•

Perform snow plowing and salting during winter months

•

Assist with light mechanical issues and help oversee fleet

•

Conduct preventative building maintenance and inspections

•

Replace light bulbs, clean filters, and handle general repair needs

•

Assist in warehouse organization and cleaning

•

Occasionally deliver or transport parts as needed

Qualifications

•

Experience in facilities management or similar field preferred

•

Mechanical and construction experience preferred

•

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

•

Excellent communication and self-management skills

•

Valid driver's license and clean driving record required

•

Physically able to lift and perform manual tasks
