Job Objective:
Highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to oversee preventive maintenance planning, contractor coordination, data tracking, and administrative functions supporting Operations. This role is critical to ensuring system reliability and operational efficiency across multiple groups.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Preventive Maintenance Planning & System Management
•Develops and maintains PM tasks and schedules for compressors, dehydration (dehy) units, PRVs, and other site-related equipment.
•Maintains and updates EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) system for all gathering teams:
+ Adds, removes, and modifies equipment and PM schedules.
+ Ensures required maintenance is scheduled and tracked accurately.
•Builds compressor maintenance calendars using EAM data; submits at least 30 days in advance for inclusion in the HEC master PM schedule.
•Maintains the area PM Parts Master Database; compiles monthly parts lists and sends them to the Kutz Warehouse 30 days before use.
•Manages downtime entries within the environmental database (currently FORMS); generates monthly reports showing compressor and dehy unit run hours and mechanical availability.
Data Tracking & Reporting
+ HEC field compression run hour spreadsheet.
+ Master Unit Database (monthly).
+ Dew Point Database (weekly).
+ PRV inventory logs using vendor testing data.
•Provides annual run hour data to EHS and Foremen to assist with overhaul planning and budgeting.
•Maintains Mobil Serv and Chevron databases; manages equipment entries and generates templates for labels and QR codes.
•Pulls reports and ensures technicians close out work orders related to PM and environmental tasks.
Field Support & Technical Operations
•Provides phone and onsite support for operators dealing with dehy operations and technical issues.
•Has the knowledge and ability to assist in site equipment troubleshooting, repair, and adjustments (mechanical and electrical).
•Has the knowledge and ability to clean, lubricate, tune, and repair mechanical equipment; replaces damaged or faulty parts as needed.
•Has the knowledge and ability to read gauges to monitor fluid levels, pressure, and oxygen; follows shutdown protocols in emergencies.
•Coordinates scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repair activities.
•Works directly with Foremen, Engineering, and contractors on project oversight and execution.
Leadership, Safety, and Team Collaboration
•Provides training on technical programs and tools used by local teams.
•Ensures all safety policies and procedures are followed, including PPE and Life Critical Safety.
•Participates in PHAs and project reviews.
•Leads by example and supports company values of integrity, ownership, urgency, alignment, and innovation.
•Supports company mission and vision in daily operations.
•Maintains confidentiality of company information and intellectual property.
•Contributes to team success by collaborating effectively and accomplishing related results as needed.
Other Job Responsibilities:
•Available 24/7 for technical support, emergency response, and operations questions.
•Adheres to established work schedules and is punctual for work and meetings.
•Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
•10 years minimum in Midstream operations and maintenance experience.
•Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word.
•Ability to be proficient in the use of EAM, FORMS, Mobil Serv, Chevron systems, and associated reporting tools.
•Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in oil and gas field equipment.
•Ability to lead small projects and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Education Requirements:
•High School diploma or GED. Some college preferred or any equivalent combination of education and experience demonstrating sufficient knowledge, ability and skill to handle the duties and responsibilities of the position.
