Our company is expanding, and we are actively seeking the region's most skilled and hard-working Lead Fence Installer to join our team.

Responsibilities:
•
Oversee fencing construction of ornamental iron and chain link projects from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time and to company standards.
•
Lead and manage a crew, providing direction, mentorship, and on-the-job training.
•
Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and construction drawings.
•
Coordinate closely with project managers, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth, efficient project execution.
•
Assist with installation and troubleshooting of gate operators (a plus but not required).
Requirements:
•
Proven experience as a fencing installer foreman or similar leadership role in the construction or fence industry.
•
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
•
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
•
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
•
Ability to lead by example with a problem-solving, motivated mindset.
•
Must be able to work in a drug-free environment.
•
Basic knowledge of gate operators, access control, and automatic gate systems is a plus.
•
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver quality work under deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
